Meritage Homes in a Dec. 8 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission disclosed that the company’s chief accounting officer Vicki Biggs will leave the company in mid- to late January. She will continue to serve in her position until then. Chief financial officer Larry Seay will assume her responsibilities. Calls to Meritage were not returned.
