Richmond American Homes of Nevada, Inc., a subsidiary of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MDC), late Monday announces two new neighborhoods—each gated with a versatile lineup of ranch-style homes—at the popular Highland Hills masterplan: Stirling Manor and Stirling Heights.

Prospective home buyers and area agents are invited to attend a Grand Opening celebration for both neighborhoods on 1/27, featuring model home tours, gourmet food and family fun.

Starting from the mid $400s, Richmond American’s latest additions to Highland Hills offer desirable features, such as 10′ ceilings, floor plans up to approximately 4,000 square feet, included stainless-steel appliances and more.

On the marketing front, the builder is offering two $250 gift cards as prizes to those who visit either neighborhood between 1/26 and 2/4 and enter for a chance to win one. Chances of winning can be doubled by visiting Richmond American’s Highland Hills Sales Center for the Ardmore, Coleburn and Glenmore communities. Nine model homes are available for tour across all five communities.
