Oakwood to Offer Smart Home Package in Two Denver-Area Communities

Denver-based Oakwood Homes is offering its Home IQ package is a standard feature in all newly built homes in both Adonea and Reunion neighborhoods. Adonea continues sales of the Adonea Park House and Carriage House neighborhood in Aurora and Reunion is located in Commerce City.

All homes will have a standard Home IQ package which features: wifi enabled thermostat, wifi enabled garage door opener, wifi enabled sprinkler clock, front door lock with keypad entry, and a video doorbell.

Located south of Interstate 70 at E-470, the Adonea community has six ranch-style and two-story floor plans to choose from. Prices start in the high $200s. Amenities in the community include a community center, pool, playgrounds, parks and nature trails. The neighborhood has top-rated schools and is close to a variety of shopping and restaurants, as well as the Aurora Reservoir.

Reunion is a 2,500 acre community located along 104th Avenue near E-470 in the northeast Denver Metro area. Prices start in the high $200s. Reunion includes nearly 1,600 acres of residential development and over 900 acres of mixed-use and commercial development, together with schools, parks, trails, and other recreational amenities.
