Light Farms, a 1,070-acre community in North Texas along the Prosper and Celina border, is adding a new development phase, which includes the addition of an active lifestyle neighborhood named Sweetwater and an exclusive amenity center uniquely built for Sweetwater residents.
Homes in the Sweetwater neighborhood will feature 45’, 50’ and 60’ home sites with all single-story elevations designed and built exclusively by Taylor Morrison, which has an established track record of developing active lifestyle floor plans.
