Dan Ryan Builders has opened six new communities across the North Carolina Triangle. More than 700 home sites – a mix of single-family and townhomes – are now available in Apex, Durham, Fuquay-Varina, Youngsville and Zebulon.

New Dan Ryan Builders’ communities include:
- Whispering Pines – 396 single-family homes in Youngsville.
- Wayland Grove Townhomes – 26 townhomes near downtown Apex.
- Wayland Grove – nine single-family homes near downtown Apex.
- Avery Crossing – 53 single-family homes close to downtown Fuquay Varina.
- Weaver’s Pond Estates – 63 homesites in Zebulon.
- Shepard’s Square – 156 townhomes in Durham.
In addition to the six new communities, Dan Ryan Builders plans to open another 10 communities in the Triangle in 2019.
