City Ventures on Tuesday announced the Grand Opening of Tramonte, a collection of 171 semi-custom, estate-style residences set within the Citrus Heights neighborhood of Riverside, Calif.
A celebration for Tramonte’s five designer showcase model homes is set for this Saturday, October 6, 2018. The Grand Opening follows the launch earlier this year of a successful pre-sales campaign which has resulted in 16 homes already sold at Tramonte.
Close to the California Citrus State Historic Park and surrounded by Citrus Heights and its abundance of parks and hiking and biking trails, the homes of Tramonte feature up to 5,279 square feet of living space on at least 1/3 acres of land, with up to six bedrooms and four and one-half baths, making them some of the largest new-construction residences currently available in the Inland Empire. Prices begin in the mid-$600,000s.
The homes are available in single- and two-story floor plans with open-concept designs highlighted by outdoor California Rooms and gourmet kitchens. Select plans offer multi-generational living options such as private guest suites, and as one of California’s leading eco-friendly builders, City Ventures has made all homes at Tramonte solar optional.
At Tramonte, City Ventures offers its unique “pick your lot, pick your plan” program, where select homes will be released at a time, allowing Priority List home buyers to choose the home site they desire and then select which floor plan and elevation they’d like to build on that specific location.
