Century Communities is opening The Heights in Carver Hills, a new community in Doraville, Georgia, and it has invited the city’s mayor, Donna Pittman, to the grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony on March 3.
Pittman will be joined by other Dekalb council women and men, the city manager, director of community development and the county commissioner.
Century Communities is expanding its presence in Atlanta and is unveiling three new model homes at The Heights in Carver Hills on Saturday, March 3rd. The Heights at Carver Hills will offer single family homes and townhomes with prices starting in the mid-$400’s.
The public is invited to join Century Communities for a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration on Saturday, March 3rd from 10:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m. Brunch from Happy Belly Kitchen & Truck will be provided and attendees will have the chance to be among the first to tour the new model homes. There will also be a chance to win a variety of great giveaways.
The Heights at Carver Hills is located in the city of Doraville, well-known for its vibrant cultural diversity, thriving business economy and impeccable shopping and dining experiences. Townhomes will range in square footage from 2,403 – 2,551 square feet and include 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2 car garages. Single-family homes will range in square footage from 2,899 – 3,373 square feet with 3 – 4 bedrooms, 2.5 – 3.5 baths and 2 car garages. Both townhomes and single family homes will include stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite kitchen countertops and 2-inch blinds throughout.

Every component of this project was designed from floor plans to the amenities were created from the ground up with input and direction from the City of Doraville and surrounding community. Century Communities is extremely proud of the communities’ history and was able to incorporate that history by keeping the name Carver Hills, paying homage to George Washington Carver.
