Brookfield Residential recently unveiled a new single-family home model at Ridgeview, a new community of just 19 homes in Damascus, Maryland.
The community features four available home designs with options ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms, 2.5 to 5.5 bathrooms and up to 4,500 square feet. Homes start in the upper $500,000s.
