Core Link Corecon 4.0, a Web-based estimating, project management, and job cost control system for small home builders, can now integrate with Intuit’s QuickBooks accounting system, says Corecon Technologies. The software will work with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, or Premier: Contractor Edition. The integration capability is available to subscribers for a one-time cost of $200. Wise Team Lead management vendor BeHomeWise and contractor services portal ServiceMagic.com have formed a partnership to strengthen online marketing for custom and modular builders. Under the agreement, ServiceMagic will generate and match leads and BeHomeWise will use its software to rate, rank, and qualify Internet leads and generate follow-up marketing services.
