House Plan of the Week: Narrow and Luxurious

On the exterior, a balcony above the garage introduces the theme of indoor-outdoor living that continues throughout the home. There’s another, larger balcony on the rear side of the home upstairs.

The primary suite and a guest room (complete with a private bathroom) are easy to reach on the main level. For homeowners who telecommute, the den offers office space that opens to a small side courtyard, making it easy to take breaks.

Upstairs, three more bedrooms create a comfortable hangout zone for family and guests. A “morning kitchen” makes it easy to grab a cup of coffee without having to go downstairs. The large suite in back would make a great private oasis (complete with a big balcony) for a young adult.
