At long last, today BUILDER releases its annual exclusive ranking of the country’s top 100 building firms. Click here for the list.
This year’s BUILDER 100 is made up of a diverse group of companies, from those specializing in entry level, move-up, or active adult residences to firms selling multimillion-dollar luxury mansions. There are many perennial powerhouses on the list, such as Lennar, KB Home, and this year’s No. 1 builder DR Horton.
But a few hard-working companies were able to jump onto the list for the first time this year, including West Palm Beach, Fla. company Kolter Residential, which made its Builder 100/Next 100 debut at No. 54, Indianapolis’ Arbor Homes at No. 57, and Plano, Texas-based Green Brick Partners at No. 61.
