In his new capacity, Haines will be initially focused on home building operations and streamlining processes and internal systems. Said Haines, “I’m thrilled to be part of the Artisan Built team. After consulting with them for several months, staying on and working with them full time just seems like a natural fit.” He continued, “My goal is to increase the building company’s production, while maintaining the quality product it is known for. Artisan Built currently has several communities in Paulding County, but we aspire to grow over the next several years.”

Mark Stevenson, CEO of Artisan Built Communities, said, “Stephen’s extensive background speaks for itself. I am most excited about how well he meshes with our team and his vision for the future. We look forward to his strong leadership to take us to the next level.”

Haines most recently served as the founder and Principal of VPEA Consulting, a role that allowed him to assist the operational and financial focus of companies across multiple industries. Haines holds an MBA in Leadership and Finance from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business.
