Pulte Homes has a new CEO. Richard J. Dugas Jr. became the big builder’s president and CEO, effective July 1, after top leader Mark J. O’Brien announced in May he was leaving Pulte after 21 years to “seek different opportunities” now that the Michigan home builder had integrated its Del Webb acquisition of 2001.
