By BUILDER Magazine Staff. Builders who work with Realtors may be interested in www.saveonnewhomes.com. The site was started by Cathy Chapman, a real estate agent in Frederick, Md. The cost for listing a home is $50 per month. Chapman prefers to work with buyers who have their own agent. If they want to schedule a tour, they enter their agent information, and the tour is arranged through the agent. If they don’t have an agent, Chapman will refer them to one. The service is currently available in the Frederick area, but Chapman hopes eventually to market it nationwide.
