By Alison Rice. Kimball Hill Homes has a new president and COO: Isaac Heimbinder, former president and co-CEO of U.S. Home prior to its 2000 merger with Lennar. Heimbinder, who’s served as vice chairman of Kimball Hill since February, replaces Greg Yakim at the Rolling Meadows, Ill.-based builder.
